Our rental process is now largely automated! If you have any questions or encounter difficulties during check-in, we are available by phone from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We also offer telephone support after 10:00 PM, but please be aware that there may be slightly longer waiting times.

In the immediate vicinity, you can easily walk to the popular Durlach Old Town, which offers a variety of restaurants and bars for an enjoyable evening. If you prefer the advantages of a self-prepared meal, you’ll find everything you need for your own candlelight dinner at Netto, just a 5-minute walk away. Also nearby is the Turmberg, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Karlsruhe.
Our accommodation is located on a quiet side street in a residential area of Karlsruhe-Durlach. Please note that it is a quiet area.
The private room is located on the 1st floor and is marked as number 5, available for bookings around the clock – even late at night. Our short-term rental is based on automated processes. Check-in is contactless and can be done late at night via a key box – please use this key box for check-out as well.
You are welcome to park your car for free on the adjacent street.
This cozy bedroom offers two comfortable single beds (90cm x 200cm), a dining/work desk with a chair, and a narrow wardrobe. In the communal area, you’ll find one fully equipped fitted kitchen, one toilet, and one shower. Please note that as described, the bathroom and kitchen are shared. Behind the house, there is also a garden that all residents are welcome to use.
If you need additional bed linen, pillows, towels, or anything else, we are happy to provide them to you promptly. You have access to the communal terrace (in front of the house), which provides a perfect opportunity to unwind in the evening. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the utensils you need for your stay. Non-perishable items are not discarded after use because fresh products deserve not to be immediately thrown away!
The Netto grocery store is only a 5-minute walk away. The A5 motorway can be reached by car in 5 minutes, as well as the train station within walking distance.
With our 100Mbps internet connection, you can easily watch Netflix, conduct video calls, or work.
Towels, bath towels, and shower gel are included in the offer, of course. Our aim is for you to feel at home while cooking, showering, and sleeping, even if you’re only using a private bedroom.
Upon request, we are happy to provide you with utensils between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM if anything is missing!
Thanks to our great location, you’re well connected to all places in the area. Important destinations are easily accessible via the nearby A5 motorway. The Durlach train station is only 5 minutes away from the house. From there, you can easily reach all destinations in and around Karlsruhe. Arriving by car is also easily achievable.
The travel times to the main locations are as follows:
– To Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof (main train station): approximately 10 minutes by train
– To Durlach train station: approximately 5 minutes on foot
Arriving by car is straightforward, as there are free parking spaces on the adjacent street.
