In the immediate vicinity, there is a variety of restaurants, with Ludwigsplatz and its wide selection of restaurants and bars being an ideal option for an enjoyable evening. This is just a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation. If you appreciate the benefits of a self-prepared meal, you can find everything you need for your own candlelight dinner at Rewe City, just a 5-minute walk away. Also in the direct vicinity are the marketplace, Karlsruhe Palace, the Post Gallery, and numerous other attractions that create an authentic city center atmosphere.
Our accommodation is located on a side street in the heart of the city center. Please note that the entrance to the accommodation is in a pedestrian zone.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is available for bookings 24/7, even late at night. Our short-term rental is based on automated processes. Check-in is contactless and can be done late into the night using a key box – please use this key box for check-out as well.
Due to the central location of the building in the city center, there is a pedestrian zone on Bürgerstraße in front of the house. We would be happy to provide recommendations on where you can best park your car!
Dieses Simplex Apartment ist ein gemütliches Apartment, das sich nur etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Europaplatz entfernt befindet. Rewe City, die Haltestelle Europaplatz, die Postgalerie und der Hirschhof sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass du das Herz der Stadt erleben kannst.
Die Wohnung ist mit zwei komfortablen Betten (90m x 200m) ausgestattet, die zu einem großen 180m x 200m Bett zusammengeschoben werden können. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, einen Kleiderschrank und eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche (ohne Backofen). Solltest du zusätzliche Bettwäsche, Kissen, Handtücher oder ähnliches benötigen, stellen wir dir dies gerne kurzfristig zur Verfügung.
In der Küche findest du sämtliche Utensilien, die du für deinen Aufenthalt benötigst. Als Alternative zum Backofen steht dir eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion zur Verfügung. Haltbare Artikel werden nach Benutzung nicht weggeworfen, denn frische Produkte verdienen es nicht, sofort entsorgt zu werden!
Mit unserer 100Mbit Internetleitung kannst du problemlos Netflix schauen, Videocalls durchführen oder arbeiten.
Zum Angebot gehören selbstverständlich Handtücher, Badetücher und Duschgel. Unser Ziel ist es, dass du dich beim Kochen, Duschen und Schlafen wie zu Hause fühlen kannst.
Auf Anfrage stellen wir dir gerne zwischen 11:00 und 17:00 Uhr kurzfristig Utensilien zur Verfügung, falls etwas fehlen sollte!
Thanks to our extremely central location, you are excellently connected to all destinations. Europaplatz serves as the main hub for buses and trains in the city center. From there, you can easily reach all destinations in and around Karlsruhe. The connection by car is also easily achievable.
The travel times to the main locations are as follows:
– To the main train station: approximately 9 minutes by train
– To Europaplatz: about 2 minutes on foot

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find Ludwigsplatz as well as some clubs and bars. Please note that we have no control over the noise level of the restaurants and downtown area. We hope for your understanding if it gets a bit louder occasionally.
